The Plot:
The film opens with Bjorn’s return to his village after years of fighting in distant lands. Upon his arrival, he learns that his people are being terrorized by an ancient undead creature—the Draugr, a powerful being from Norse legend. To succeed in this battle, Bjorn seeks the help of Helga (played by Lena Headey), a wise and mystical seer who understands the supernatural forces at play. As they gather a group of warriors, they must venture into the heart of the misty fjords to uncover the secrets of the Draugr and find a way to defeat it. Along the way, they encounter Chief Eirik (played by Ralph Fiennes), a grim leader whose allegiance is uncertain, and Viggo (played by Mads Mikkelsen), a sly hunter whose motives are shrouded in mystery.

The tension escalates as Bjorn and his team face brutal battles and supernatural horrors, testing their courage, loyalty, and survival instincts. With every encounter, they uncover more about the Draugr’s origins and its connection to the ancient Viking gods.
